Annual Silver Shield membership includes:

One year of Silver Shield benefits, as well as one comprehensive preventative maintenance appointment.

Split-Season Silver Shield membership includes:

One year of Silver Shield benefits, as well as two comprehensive preventative maintenance appointments scheduled within one year. The split-season membership is available to our Preferred Customers who have both heating and cooling equipment; cooling is to be scheduled in the spring or summer and heating is to be scheduled in the fall or winter.
